• Rights to Designs: While we provide free design services, Marco Polos retains ownership of any designs created if the client opts not to purchase the shirts. Clients have the opportunity to buy the rights to the designs for use with any apparel manufacturer. Without this purchase, the rights remain with Marco Polos.

• Ownership Transfer: Should you decide to place an order of 100 or more shirts, the ownership of the design rights transfers to you fully and anytime you wish to receive the design, we'll send you an .ai file. This ensures that large orders come with the added benefit of complete control over your custom designs.
