Return Policy for Custom Polo Shirts

At Marco Polos, we are committed to providing high-quality custom polo shirts tailored to your unique needs. Please take a moment to review our return policy to understand our terms and conditions fully.

Refunds and Returns

Marco Polos does not offer returns or refunds on custom orders received more than two days after full payment. However, if you request a refund within two days after payment, we will fully refund all costs. If we make a mistake on the order, we will ensure a full refund is provided.

Customization and Production

Every order we fulfill is customized and produced solely for the customer or organization, which means each product is uniquely crafted to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for custom orders beyond the initial two-day window.

Sample Orders and Sizing Packs

We encourage our clients to order a custom sample of their apparel to inspect the overall look and ensure it meets their expectations. If you wish to check the quality and material of our products, you can purchase a sample shirt from our Shop and return it for a full refund if it doesn't meet your standards.

Additionally, customers can order a sizing pack containing various sizes to gauge fit and feel. These shirts can be returned within 30 days to receive a full refund. Custom samples and sizing packs are crucial for ensuring satisfaction before placing a large order.

Sizing

Our sizing charts can be found at www.marcopolos.com/sizing. Our products are made to the measurements on our sizing charts with a tolerance of +/-10%. Refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size are not offered unless a sizing kit was paid for or a custom sample was received.

Colors

Colors on your custom polo shirt are selected using the Pantone color code set in your designs or the closest Pantone color code. Different fabric types and weights can affect color appearance. We do not offer refunds for color issues unless there is a significant mistake (e.g., Navy instead of Sky Blue).

Designs & Graphics

The designs we create are a general representation of the final product. Placement, sizes of logos and numbers, graphics, and other specifications must be confirmed in the design template. Once the client pays for the order, they default approve the final design—refunds for design issues, whether size or distortion, are not provided. If you need a specific size for any graphic, logo, etc, on the shirt, the client must note this before production. Once shirts are made, we cannot offer a refund based on a logo or graphic that is too large or too small on the shirt. The easiest solution is to mention the size before design finalization.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 20-25 business days. This timeframe starts once the designs are confirmed, sizes are established, and payment is made. Shipping time is generally three days but can vary with carriers like UPS. We do not offer refunds for late orders but will refund rush fees if applicable.

Canceled Orders

Orders can be canceled within 1-2 days of placement. They cannot be revoked after this period.

Return Policy

Issues qualifying for a redo or credit must be reported within three days of receipt. This includes design errors, misspellings, missing items, or defects. Visual evidence is required for all claims. Replacement items typically take 15 business days to be received after the case is investigated.

Warranty

We guarantee a 30-day warranty on all custom uniforms and apparel upon delivery. If items rip or have defects, we will replace them free of charge with proper documentation. After 30 days, we are no longer liable for damages.

Additional Policies

  • Add-ons: 35% charge per polo for all add-ons (under 25 pieces) if the client has ordered 50+ in a previous order.

  • Rush Orders: Production takes roughly 20 days. We recommend planning accordingly.

  • Duties & Taxes: Clients must pay any imposed duty fees/taxes.

  • Design Intellectual Property Rights

    At Marco Polos, we pride ourselves on offering complimentary design services to tailor your polo shirts perfectly to your brand's needs. However, it's important to note the ownership of these designs:

    • Rights to Designs: While we provide free design services, Marco Polos retains ownership of any designs created if the client opts not to purchase the shirts. Clients can buy the rights to the designs for use with any apparel manufacturer. Without this purchase, Marco Polo's rights remain.

    • Ownership Transfer: If you decide to place an order of 100 or more shirts, you will fully own the design rights. This ensures that large orders come with the added benefit of complete control over your custom designs.
